Please include the following information in your email:
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Product purchased (including product name and quantity)
- Reason for requesting a return or exchange to improve our merchandise and our service (if the product is defective, please include a photo of the damage)
Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email informing you on its return status. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.
