    Returns & Exchanges

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. To make a request, please contact us at: support@autocovr.com.

    We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours with next steps.

    Please include the following information in your email:

    • Date of purchase
    • Order number
    • Product purchased (including product name and quantity)
    • Reason for requesting a return or exchange to improve our merchandise and our service (if the product is defective, please include a photo of the damage)

    Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email informing you on its return status. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.



    autoCOVR offers all our customers worldwide domestic and international shipping on any order, any size or amount.

    All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase and packages ship the next business day.

    Delivery is typically within 4-10 business days. However please, be advised that shipments are sent via Standard Post from Poland and they can take up to 14-21 business days to reach international destinations. We do our best to send it the most efficient and fastest way and we try to make sure the buyer does not have to pay any extra shipping costs.

    Once your order has shipped you will receive an automated general shipping notification.

    Order & payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Only debit cards backed by a credit card company previously listed can be accepted. All orders are processed using an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private. For credit card orders, your verification number (CVV2) is required. These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For you AMEX holders, it’s the four digits located on the front of the card.

    If you are going to use your Paypal account, due to their standards, your registered Paypal address must match the shipping address for your package.
